Our Mission and Vision

At S-Panels Omaha, we believe innovation should serve people. Our vision is simple: to make every community capable of building sustainable, attainable housing through smarter materials, faster methods, and local manufacturing. We’re not only changing how homes are built — we’re changing who gets to build them.

By partnering with schools, trade programs, and universities, we’re training the next generation of builders in advanced construction technologies.

Every panel we produce represents opportunity: For families — affordable, energy-efficient homes. For workers — skill development and steady employment. For communities — economic growth through innovation. Together, we’re building the foundation for a stronger Omaha — one panel, one project, and one partnership at a time.

Building a Better Future with
S-Panels Omaha

S-Panels Omaha is leading a new era of construction innovation across Nebraska and the Midwest — where attainable, energy-efficient, and high-quality housing is built faster, smarter, and more sustainably.

By manufacturing advanced Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) locally, we’re not just building homes — we’re building opportunity and community. Each panel represents progress toward a stronger, more sustainable Omaha. In October 2024, we proudly donated a complete SIP home to Habitat for Humanity Omaha, demonstrating our commitment to helping families achieve stability through innovation.

We continue this mission through partnerships with Livable Omaha and the UNL FACT Lab on demonstration projects like the Riverfront ADU and Benson and Corby Street homes — educational builds that highlight speed, strength, and energy performance. At S-Panels Omaha, attainable housing isn’t a dream — it’s a shared responsibility. Together, we’re proving that affordable, modern homes can uplift families and communities alike.
